Job Description
Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Customer Supply Chain Smart Start.
Your contribution to something big:
- Assist the Automotive Aftermarket Export team by supporting operational tasks.
- Daily support and tracking of customer orders in SAP system and preparation of all relevant delivery documents.
- Follow up export control topics
- Operational support of all logistics chain activities (customer invoices, order management, claim management, export related topics)
- Support AA Export team in products processes and procedures, all internal and external contacts and coordinations.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- 3rd or 4th year of Bachelor student of International Trade and Logistics, Foreign Trade Management or Business Administration
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Office and SAP skills.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills; ability to cooperate within on site and virtual team.
- Self motivated, solution and target-oriented perspective, strong communication skills
- Eager to learn automotive industry and export procedure
