Missafir - Social Media Manager

About the Job:

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a social media marketer with a passion for visual content design and social media. You will be responsible for:

• Actively managing Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter by data-driven decisions
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Defining most important social media KPIs
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Using social media to engage with a community of fans/followers online
• Demonstrating interest in communication strategies can continuously engage the online community
• Contributing to the creative process in developing ideas for social images and short videos,
• Creating appealing visuals with Photoshop
• Creating and customizing pro After Effects graphics
• Creating awesome music, SFX, and sound bytes

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience building and executing strategic digital/social media programs across various social networks/technologies.
• Graduated from BA/BSc/MA/MSc in a top tier university
• Experience building and executing unique, fresh, and innovative social media strategies and campaigns
• Advanced knowledge of social platform protocols
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Must have a reel or portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities
• Must own and be proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder
• Able to work with After Effects templates and create custom graphics
• Must have experience working on content that appeals to wide audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines
• Passionate about start-up culture and innovative ideas
• Creativity and confidence to try and test new ideas
• Keen and fast learner with strong analytical skills you have experience solving problems under pressure!
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Collaborative, upbeat, and a fast learner willing to jump into our team’s fast-paced projects and have fun
• Stamina and drive to always push yourself to improve and innovate
