Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The UX Designer will work closely with our development team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that improve the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts
• Collaborate with development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet project requirements
• Participate in usability testing and evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions
• Maintain a high level of design consistency across all products and platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and Technologies
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma etc.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices
• Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is preferred
