- University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics or other
- Knowledge about Turkish electricity market and power plant assets,
- Solid skills on optimization methodologies and tools,
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to deliver to a high standard under time pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
- Proficiency at MS Office applications, primarily at Excel
- 1-2 years of experience in related field, preferable
- Fluency in English
- No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description:
- Commercial optimization of power plant within Day ahead, balancing and intraday markets.
- Reporting results, regularly.
- Execution of dispatch, nominations and balancing activities,
- Keeping in close contact with Generation business unit regarding the expected availability of power plants
- Communicate and respond to directives from transmission system operators.
