· Assist Emaar Square Retail Relations Team in tenant meeting.
· Update contact information of tenants on tenant portal regularly
· Deliver Tenant Handbook to new tenants
· Assist the team on maintaining effective communication with all retailers.
· Provide marketing support to retailers and Emaar Square Mall Marketing department
· Provide data for weekly and monthly reports concerning Retail Relations Department
· Support Retail Relations team on escalation and resolution of tenant requirements in a timely manner
· Manage file records of department’s documents
