Requirements:

1 previous experience as a supply manager or maintenance
-
organizational and project management skills
-
Experience using hand and electrical tools also installing appliances and equipment
Responsibilities
-
Purchase all office furniture on a regular basis and control the stock
-
Making and installing new furniture or equipment (assembling / reassembling ) and appliances .

Conducting routine maintenance on equipment and building systems , performing minor fixes, conducting maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken locks, etc.

Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations) -Responding to and completing tenant or supervisor maintenance requests.
Languages :English - Intermediate
