Qualifications
· University degree,
· Good command of English,
· Minimum 6 months of experience in the recruitment industry
· Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities,
· Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
· Good understanding, personal responsibility, flexibility, and eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
· Participate on different HR related recruitment projects,
· Deliver an efficient and effective research and candidate resourcing service,
· Use all available direct sourcing methods (advertising on global and local job boards, database searches, networking, use of social media)
· Contact and develop prospective candidates,
· Collaborate with related project team leader,
· Access a shared database and update candidate status, as well as profile details
