Requirements
Required experience
3 years of experience in human resources, learning and development, or career development is required. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required. - Proficiency in using the Microsoft Suite products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Forms, MS Sharepoint) is required. - Solid data and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draw meaningful insights is required. - Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural and social self-awareness, and the ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a range of partners is required. - Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international colleagues is a requirement. - Experience in change management and in developing and sourcing learning programmes for HR is an asset. - Experience facilitating trainings is an asset. - Experience working in the United Nations or specifically in UNICEF is an asset.
