We are looking for an exhibition manager who is familiar with electronic devices and computer use, is friendly, has high communication skills and has at least intermediate level of English.
Bölümün, Kadir Has Üniversitesi kampüsüne 5 dakika yürüyüş mesafesindeki Haliç Sanat Fener Ev 1’de 31 Temmuz’a kadar Pazartesi günleri hariç her gün 10.00-18.00 saatleri arasında devam eden sergisinde mekan sorumlusu olarak görev alacaklar. Saat ve gün bazında dönüşümlü olarak da görev alabilirler.
İş tanımı:
-Serginin, bölüm tarafından verilen yazılı yönergelere uygun şekilde her sabah açılışa hazır hale getirilmesi, cihazların ayarlanması;
-Katılmayı kabul eden ziyaretçilere bölüm tarafından verilen anketin uygulanması;
-Sergide teknik sorun yaşanması halinde ilgili kişilere haber verilmesi;
-Sergiden günlük ve haftalık raporlama yapılması 24 Haziran-31 Temmuz arası görev alınacaktır.
Ödeme yapılamayacak, ancak stajyerlere proje bitiminde referans olarak sunabilecekleri başarı belgesi ve referans mektubu verilecektir.

They will be responsible for the exhibition of the department, which continues every day between 10.00-18.00 except Mondays until 31 July at Haliç Sanat Fener Ev 1, which is 5 minutes' walk from Kadir Has University campus. They can also take office on an hourly and day-to-day basis.
Job description:
-Making the exhibition ready for the opening every morning in accordance with the written instructions given by the department, arranging the devices;
- Implementation of the questionnaire given by the department to the visitors who agree to participate;
-Informing the relevant persons in case of technical problems at the exhibition;
-Day and weekly reporting from the exhibition will be undertaken between June 24 and July 31.
No payment will be made, but the interns will be given a certificate of achievement and a reference letter that they can present as a reference at the end of the project.
