As an Applications Specialist in the EMEA Application Team, you will be responsible to provide high level customer service and provide solutions over different channels as per defined processes, to our business and customers as well as supporting various day-to-day running of our key applications across the region.
Our Application Team is still evolving, and you will be given an opportunity to be involved in the development of processes and practices.
Your responsibilities
▪ Working closely with the Application Specialist and Business Analyst to deliver high quality support
▪ Ensure tickets are kept up to date with progress at a level they could be picked up by anyone in the team
▪ Daily monitoring and health check of the system
▪ Provide regular updates to users and the team lead, users and stakeholders on progress with items, escalating issues where required
▪ Creating promotional material, maintain documentation
▪ Reviewing and updating knowledge base and product guides
▪ Undertake projects, completing assigned tasks as necessary and adhering to the timeframes defined within the SLAs
▪ Acquiring detailed knowledge of Kerry’s business, processes, and IT applications
