Aranan Nitelikler:
- Üniversitelerin Endüstri Mühendisliği, Tekstil Mühendisliği fakültelerinden mezun;
- Tercihen süreç yönetimi ve yalınlaşma konularında staj tecrübeli,
- Proje yönetimi konusunda istekli,
- Öğrenmeye istekli,
- Kalite ve müşteri odaklı,
- Detaylı araştırma ve analiz becerisine sahip,
- Ekip çalışmasına yatkın, yazılı ve sözlü iletişim kabiliyeti yüksek,
- Erkek adaylar için askerliğini tamamlamış ya da 2 yıl tecilli,
İş Tanımı:
- Sorumlu olduğu süreçlerin tanımlama/modelleme, süreç performanslarını izleyip değerlendirme ve iyileştirme/geliştirme çalışmalarını yürütecek,
- Verimliliği arttırabilmek için yalınlaşma çalışmalarında aktif rol alacak,
- Süreç iyileştirme projelerini yönetecek, gerektiğinde proje ekiplerine koçluk desteği verecek,
- Doküman yönetimi sisteminin güncelliğini sağlayacak

Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering faculties of the universities,
- Preferably having internship experiences in process management and simplification,
- Willingness in project management,
- Willing to learn,
- Being quality and customer-oriented,
- Having detailed research and analysis skills,
- Being tend to teamwork, having high verbal and written communication skills,
- For male candidates; who completed their military service or suspended it for two years,
Job Description:
- To carry on a work of identification/modeling of the processes, monitoring, and evaluating process performances,
- To take an active role in the simplification works in order to increase efficiency,
- To manage process development projects, to provide coaching support to the project teams in case of need,
- To provide the currency of the document management system
