We specialize in inbound tour operation for leisure travelers. Full line of services offered to groups and individual travelers worldwide. A unique expert team within the operation department concentrates on giving top of the line services to up-scale individual clients and also groups from North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India & Malaysia.
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for;
• Corresponding with our customers local and abroad to answer their demands;
• Preparing itineraries and quotations;
• Organizing tours;
• Keeping track of quality assurance for the services provided to our guests;
• Being in contact with our guests during their stay and helping them with any problems they may encounter.
Qualifications;
• A tourism and hospitality university degree is a plus.
• Knowing to prepare price offers for group and FIT requests, and manage confirmed group and FIT files.
• Minimum 2 years experience in travel management.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. (Second language is a plus)
• Focused on customer satisfaction
• Excellent skills in computer and MS Office
• Knowledge of online travel systems is a must
• Able to multi-task
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Able to travel in need and support operations inside and outside of Turkey
• Ability to work according to flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays
• No military service obligations for male candidates.
The successful candidate will become an important member of the team that manages tour series of global brands. This requires the person to keep track of multiple groups (coach tours) all at once and support her/his teammates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
