Job Description
·       Technical support for the entire MicroStrategy Business Intelligence product suite – we will teach you and provide certified training
·       Dedicating his/her time to resolving customer issues
·       Contributing to the growth of our Knowledge Base and identifying ways to increase customer satisfaction
·       Being open to constant development by participating in Internal Training Programs

Qualifications 

·       Strong analytical skills 

·       Minimum 2 years of working experience 

·       Curious mind with the aptitude for problem solving  

·       Fluent English, written and spoken is a must 

·       Strong communication and customer- facing skills 

·       Team player- always willing to give support to others and ask for help if needed 

·       Good time management skills. Able to prioritize tasks effectively 

·       Computer literacy and a technical background is a big plus 

·       Non-technical candidates will be considered if all other requirements are met 

·       Availability to work from 3:00 pm till 11:00 pm

·     Salary range: 85k – 115k PLN yearly gross (22k- 30k USD yearly gross) + 20% for US working hours + 10% quarterly bonus

·     Stable employment conditions with US working hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm
