Nevalabs is looking for a Partnership and Sales Development Assistant Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

· BS student in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or Computer Technology and Information Systems

· Knowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity

· Planning, organization, negotiation and influencing skills with a collaborative work style to engage both internal and external stakeholders

· The ability to articulate technical concepts to cross-functional audiences

· Fluent in English with strong spoken and written communication skills

· The capability of analytical thinking for solving real-world business challenges and identifying areas of opportunity

· Ability to manage multiple processes, procedures and projects with a detailed and result-oriented approach

Preferred:

· Good command of written and spoken Spanish

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

· Development of sales and technology partners

· Creating value propositions around Nevalabs’ products and services to partners and customers

· Building bridges between partners and Nevalabs to build mutual trust, sales enablement and joint sales activities

· Gaining new partners

· Collaborating with multi-locational, cross-functional teams internally and externally

· Building strong relationships with partners

· Strengthening relationships to promote commitment to Nevalabs’ products

· Making presentations, preparing related documents and performing demonstrations to introduce Nevalabs’ AI solutions

· Giving attention to detail and an absolute focus on the quality of work

· Being attentive to partner needs at all times

· Developing and executing partner success plans

· Executing plans while working with key stakeholders

· Preparing offers and following up on the related processes

· Inspiring decision-makers of the value of proposals

· Managing and closing pipelines of business

· Ensuring partner and customer satisfaction

· Implementing go-to-market plans with selected technology partners

· Implementing marketing activities and generating sales opportunities with partners

· Creating shared action plans for continual growth

· Identifying ways to maximize value for both parties to achieve long-term partner goals

· Meeting or exceeding annual growth and turnover targets
