What are the qualifications to join our new graduate recruitment process?

  • Either a currently enrolled 4th grade student or a new graduate, preferably from a reputable university from the Faculty of Economics, Social and Administrative Sciences, Engineering Faculty, Faculty of Applied Sciences
  • Maximum 1 year of professional work experience
  • High verbal and written English communication skills
  • Passion for knowledge and learning
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills following a client-focused mindset
  • Quality and result oriented with an attention to detail
  • Good team player and coherent personality
  • Creative and knowledgeable about Assurance, Tax or Advisory
  • Being able to work under strict deadlines
  • Flexibility for travel

As a new graduate (Associate), you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others
  • Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements
  • Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance

  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form
