What are the qualifications to join our new graduate recruitment process?
- Either a currently enrolled 4th grade student or a new graduate, preferably from a reputable university from the Faculty of Economics, Social and Administrative Sciences, Engineering Faculty, Faculty of Applied Sciences
- Maximum 1 year of professional work experience
- High verbal and written English communication skills
- Passion for knowledge and learning
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills following a client-focused mindset
- Quality and result oriented with an attention to detail
- Good team player and coherent personality
- Creative and knowledgeable about Assurance, Tax or Advisory
- Being able to work under strict deadlines
- Flexibility for travel
As a new graduate (Associate), you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
