- Developing the employer branding strategy in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitoring of human resources processes
#Rewarding & Appreciation program
- Different rewarding suggestions & presentation
- Communication of Rewarding Program & launch
- Benchmark study
- Kick-Off Award Ceremony organization
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Behaviors:
- Great communication skills
- Organized
- Advanced knowledge in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Hands-On
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / 3rd or 4th grade
- Fluent English
