This position is responsible for handling operational tasks of employee matters mainly for SCJ Turkey and occasionally for MENAPT organization. Additionally, supporting general HR processes as well as HR projects for the country group.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

  • Participation in various HR projects like HR Digitalization, Engagement and Employer Branding as well as own project assignments.
  • Support various HR processes regarding employee lifecycle such as Onboarding, Offboarding and Training & Development.
  • Cooperating with our EMEA HR Delivery Center: HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Development.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

  • Experience in HR and administrational work by internships in international companies
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, further language skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills as you will be interacting with various departments within the business.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Flexible and able to work within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Determined and detail-oriented.
  • Proactivity and team spirit oriented.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work at least 2,5 days a week.
  • BSc or MSc degree student from Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
  • Duration: 6 months.
