Job Description;
- Replying to received leads in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining good business relationship with patients
- Ensuring patient satisfaction with best-in-class service and providing accurate information.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of necessary procedures for giving the right service, explaining this very well and following patient service satisfaction level.

Requirements;
- 2 years of experience in sales (customer support or customer success)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- A great teamplayer who is confident, energetic and highly motivated
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Treats patients and co-workers with respect
- Excellent command on MS Office Programs
- Willing to learn and being interested in development
- Persuasive and resilient.
The candidate will benefit from the performance-based bonus system after the training program.
It is preferable to live close to the Şişli-Istanbul area.
