yolcu360- Marketing Executive

We are looking for a marketing executive who has a "impossible is nothing" mindset and growth vision and enjoys working with a high-performance team.


This role is a hugely exciting and challenging role working at one of the largest travel companies in Turkey and expanding globally. Yolcu360's Marketing Executive is in charge of branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline advertising, and market research, among other things. The ideal candidates should have analytical skills, a strong focus on results, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply overall marketing and media strategies in line with Yolcu360's B2C and B2B objectives to marketing action plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments.
  • Manage all agency processes and operations.
  • Manage all PR activities and corporate social responsibility processes.
  • Work in partnership with the creative team, developing creative briefs and guiding creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Improve customer conversions and produce more qualified leads by gathering customer and market information.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Plan and lead weekly/monthly/seasonal/annual marketing programs.
  • Create efficient, logical, and strategic offline media communication plans (timeplan for implementation, budget, and creative asset delivery coordination).
  • Create product go-to-market plans for new launches, features, and services by collaborating with product management teams to define strong positioning statements for each service.

Required Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ marketing experience are required.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
  • A proven track record in delivering B2B/B2C marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Experience within the e-commerce business models and technology/digital/tourism sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent level of written and verbal English.
  • Passionate for working in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
