Responsibilities
- Screening applicant resumes to identify suitable candidates and conducting recruitment processes in ATS.
- Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Preparing reports on general People & Culture activity.
- Planning internal collaboration activities, projects, and events.
- Supporting and developing People & Culture policies.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Must be able to work 3 days a week.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good level of MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
