Project Management Responsibilities
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
Meets with clients to identify and define project requirements and objectives
Oversees documentation of all client and agency meetings
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of client’s business
Research target markets and competitors - as well as monitors competitors activity
Collaborates with internal and external resources to plan and implement solutions to meet client objectives
Builds partner-like relationships with new client accounts
Ensures clients receive requested products and services on-time and on-budget
Tracks client account metrics, project documentation, plans and reports
Oversees project financial management including budgets and estimates
Leads post-project evaluation process
Mentors Account Coordinators
Communicates project status adequately to all participants
Responsible for keeping all of Y&Cs internal tools and project systems up-to-date
Works on multiple projects with multiple clients simultaneously with minimal direction
Business Development Responsibilities
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Responsible for growing existing client revenue
New business development through initiating and nurturing contacts is an asset in this role but not a requirement
Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients and development initiatives
Builds briefs and proposals to existing and new clients
Requirements/Qualifications:
Possesses exceptional communication skills, written and oral
Solid understanding of creative and production processes
Demonstrates confidence communicating with clients on day-to-day activities
Must be a proactive problem solver with ability to anticipate the needs of the client
Self-motivated and always take initiative
Must have great attention to detail, be organized and flexible so as to manage in an ever changing environment
Strong written capabilities including copywriting is highly advantageous
Have the ability to speak about and address issues surrounding technologies the company is developing
Excellent knowledge of web design, online marketing, and print production
Well-versed in social media marketing and analytics
Well-versed in digital marketing tactics from strategic to technical
Agency experience required
