The Graduate will develop an innovation framework and creative process which will address our business needs in line with key opportunities within On Premise Marketing before BP 2024.
Responsibilities:
#Develop an Innovation Framework and Creative Process For On Premise
- Conduct ideation sessions with aim to drive innovation and differentiation within consumer facing initiatives and activities.
- Development of new innovative and impactful consumption activation concept, consumer events and tools.
- Content development for digital communication via customer web pages and social media platforms.
- Content development for digital communication/campaigning in the venue.
- Collect and consolidate consumer, customer and competitor insights / internally and externally.
#Engage Consumers with the Red Bull Brand Via Consumer Activation
- Develop national consumer activation in On Premise strategy for different accounts, outlets and events.
- Develop On Premise angle to existing consumer activation initiatives from the Off Premise and brand teams.
- Collaborate with the national brand team on new products, packaging designs and innovation.
#On Premise Event
- Support in the delivery and execution of On Premise Consumer Events, Festivals, Paragastronomy.
- Turning customer insight to action.
- Ensure consumer and industry event and tool activation.
Your experience including:
- Basic Marketing experience through an internships in Marketing or in creative / agencies (not required)
- Basic market research experience to have helped develop analytical thinking skills
- Development of basic marketing concepts in any field.
- Work experience in the nightlife environment.
- Savvy, committed and passionate about On Premise and to the late night lifestyle.
- Ability to interact with different personalities and cultures.
- Very high written and verbal communication skills.
- Has the ability and desire to conduct individual / team ideation sessions.
- Creative skills.
- Analytical thinking skills. Ability to collect and evaluate insights.
- Able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft office, social media etc.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialization in the relevant professional field (degree before July 2023)
- Fluent English
