You will join our Accounting and Tax Team and will be responsible for managing the process of discount cards & expenses of employees. Responsibilities
- Reconciliation with the suppliers,
- Implement & conduct the archiving process of the country,
- Manage the process of discount cards & expenses of employees,
- Support the team with accurate completion of the bookkeeping in the financial system on time,
- Respond to the needs of the employees working in the departments and stores.
What are we looking for?
- A teammate who;
- Is passionate about details and enjoys being a team player,
- Is targeting a career in finance,
- Is a 2nd or 3rd-year university student in Accounting or a related field
- Is able to do a long-term internship (min. 6 months),
- Is available a minimum of 3 working days per week (Hybrid system; 2 days you need to work from the office Tuesday and Thursday; other days work remotely) for the duration of the internship,
- Has a good command of written and spoken English,
- Has a strong sense of what being responsible means,
- Is eager to learn new things,
- Has good communication skills,
- Is detail & result oriented and a self-starter,
- Has an analytical mindset,
- Has a team spirit and likes to play within a worldwide network.
