We are looking for a Finance & Administration Assistant Intern to join our F&A team in our Commercial HUB located in Istanbul, Turkey.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Assisting the tasks related to the administration process
- Supporting the activities related to the management of the ordering and invoicing process
- Supporting the F&A Manager on the Import/Export administration activities collecting all necessary documents (packing list, invoice, etc.) for exporting finished products vs/ Fater plants and Central Europe.
- Managing sales orders (receiving, processing, checking the weight and price of the orders)
- Supporting after-sales services when there is a damaged goods case
Minimum skills required
- You are a recent graduate in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering, with an excellent academic track record.
- You have strong analytical skills with good working skills on MS Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are a Team player, eager to learn, and result oriented
- You are Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Turkish is your mother tongue
- You are available to start as of June 2023 for an initial 6 months fixed-term contract.
