What You’ll Be Doing?
- Support, form and manage the relationship with stakeholders and leadership teams in a business environment.
- Be the point of contact for all related People matters.
- Organize and follow-up on activities and initiative to ensure employee engagement and motivation.
- Play an active role in enhancing personal performance of staff, work closely with managers during performance evaluation phase to identify top performers and those who need support.
- Be the ideal peer to different teams in the People Department and act as a focal point for different People processes including but not limited to performance, training, coaching, benefits etc.
- Follow up on people metrics, people analysis, headcount & recruitment activities and ensure all people plans are delivered on deadline.
- Play an active role in onboarding employees and organizing their first week and first month at Getir.
- Bring new ideas to the table - challenge the status quo!
What You’ll Bring?
- 3rd and 4th year university students
- Internship experience in Human Resources and willing to pursue career in Human Resources
- An honest care about people. Willingness to get involved and fix problems. We help people get better so we can all succeed.
- Studying in related departments
- English language is a must
- Resilience. Not every day is going to be easy; but a good attitude and resilience will get you through much easier.
- Willingness to work hard. Getir is growing at incredible speed, we need people who are willing to get their hands dirty.
