The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is responsible for providing broad-based SAP SuccessFactors knowledge to business units, design and implementation of related SAP customizations, and recommendations for program enhancements/changes to meet diverse business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Taking active role in both SAP SuccessFactors projects and support projects
· Analyzing the business operations and designing/documenting the processes based on industry best practices.
· Analyzing and solving problems related to the module
· Designing, customizing, configuring and testing the SAP SuccessFactors functionalities
QUALIFICATIONS
· Fresh graduate or have maximum 2 years work experience
· Graduated from related departments such as Engineering, Business Informatics, etc.
· Produce solutions in line with customer needs
· Analytical thinking ability
· E – transformation knowledge is a plus
· Prone to teamwork
· Strong communication skills
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Those who want to improve themselves as an SAP Consultant
· No restrictions on domestic and international travel
· Preferably residing in Istanb
