GENEL NİTELİKLER:
- Öğrenci veya lisans mezunu (işletme, endüstri mühendisliği, hukuk benzeri bölümler);
- Tam zamanlı çalışabilecek;
- Proje Yönetimi ve Metodolojisi konularında bilgi sahibi veya olmaya istekli;
- Proje Döngüsü Yönetimi konusunda yeni mezun veya az deneyimli;
- Teşvik projelerinin yönetiminde görev almış veya alabilecek;
- Planlama, koordinasyon, ikna ve takip becerisi yüksek, aynı anda birden fazla süreci yönetebilen;
- Yazılı ve sözlü iletişimi etkin biçimde kullanabilen;
- Sistematik, çözüm ve sonuç odaklı çalışan;
- Ofis programları ve donanımlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen.
İŞ TANIMI:
- Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını analiz ederek, yeni fikir ve çözüm üretilmesine liderlik etmek, gerekli koordinasyonu sağlayarak proje önerileri oluşturmak ve devreye almak,
- Ulusal ve uluslararası Ar-Ge destek programlarını takip etmek, proje başvuru süreçlerine liderlik etmek, müşterilere seçenekler sunmak,
- İşletmelerin teşvik projelerini kapsam, kalite, bütçe ve zaman hedeflerini baz alarak yönetmek,
- Projelerin iş gereksinimlerinin tespiti ile tedarikçi teklif, seçim, sözleşme süreçlerinin yürütülmesi sağlamak,
- Projelerin, yatırım geri dönüşü gibi finansal analizlerini gerçekleştirmek ve bütçe, teslimat, faturalama takiplerini yapmak,
- Projelerin iç ve dış paydaşlarla koordinasyonunu sağlamak,
- Projelerin süreçlerinin çizilmesini sağlamak,
- Projelerin dokümantasyon çalışmalarını koordine etmek.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Student or undergraduate (business, industrial engineering, law, or related departments)
- To be able to work full-time
- To have knowledge or willingness to know the field of Project Management and Methodology
- New graduated or less experienced in the field of Project Cycle Management,
- To take part or will take part in the management of encouragement projects,
- To have high skills in planning, coordination, convincing, and follow-up, can manage processes more than one at the same time,
- To be able to use written and verbal communication effectively,
- To work systematic, solution and result-oriented,
- To be able to use Office programs and equipment,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To lead the production of new ideas and solutions while analyzing consumer needs, to constitute project offers while providing requirement coordination,
- To follow-up national and international Ar-Ge support programs, to lead project application process, to offer choices to the consumers,
- To manage encouragement projects of enterprises based on scope, qualification, budget, and time goals,
- To provide the management of supplier's offer, choice, and contract processes within the determination of the business requirements of projects',
- To realize financial analyzes of projects such as return on investment and to follow up a budget, delivery, and invoicing,
- To coordinate between the project's internal and external stakeholders,
- To provide drawing the process of the projects,
- To coordinate documentation works of projects
