Fruitful Journey:
· This is a two-year program which consists of three assignment phases with projects that you will lead
· First phase takes place in Turkey Metro Store and takes 9 months
· Second phase takes place in Head Office (Güneşli) and takes 9 months
· Third phase takes place in Head Office of another country and takes 6 months
· During 2 year, a mentor from Metro Turkey's Board Members and a mentor from Manager Team will support you
· You have various coaches from different departments for projects

· About to graduate or graduated with Master's Degree or Double Bachelor’s Degree
· Experienced abroad (study/work/internship) and desire for more
· Excellent in English and preferably a second foreign language for steering global projects and working in an international team
· Mobile internationally to travel for discovering unique business experiences
· Shopping online, getting inspiration from social media, using online channels to find jobs
· Curious & excited about sustainability project for a better World
