automating and optimizing personalized customer engagement across channels and devices. D engage
is used by customer-centric brands across a wide range of industries.
The role of the Account Executive is to support our customers with their daily operations while using our
top-notch marketing platform. You will be a part of an agile team who does anything to make things
happen for our customers.
We are looking for part-time (students) or full-time (fresh graduates) to join our team.
Requirements:
• Basic English & Fluent Turkish
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent time management, well organized and a multitasker.
• Javascripting, HTML, CSS coding and basic understanding of SQL and integrations with APIs
• Basic knowledge on mobile and web analytics
Responsibilities:
• Being the single point of contact of the assigned accounts
• Making sure our customers are getting the most out of what we have offered them while
promoting new functions & features of D engage’s product portfolio
• Coordinate with our sales, technical support and development teams to offer and execute best
of breed digital engagement experiences to our clients.
• Perform daily marketing operations on behalf of our customers under their guidance. The basic
operations include but not limited to:
o Analysing customer requirements to match with the best possible implementation
within our technology stack
o Creating micro/macro target audiences
o Personalizing customer’s digital channel contents with our superb hyper
personalization engine
o Building omni-channel journeys that produce solid added value to the brand
o Analysing and optimizing digital engagement efforts
