Qualifications:
- Aiming at a career in Human Resources,
- 4th-year student or graduate from relevant departments of universities (preferably Business Administration, Labor Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, etc.),
- Preferably with internship experience in Human Resources or Recruitment,
- Able to do a long-term internship at least 3 full days a week,
- Able to use MS Office programs well,
- Good level of English,
- Responsible for the creation and archiving of personal files,
- Support to manage new employees' onboarding process,
- Preparing documents for employees about the exit process,
- Aiming at self-improvement and open to learning,
- Prone to teamwork, analytical thinking, and result-oriented,
- Will be able to carry out and monitor HR operational processes with other related departments,
