integration of Syrian youth under temporary protection (SuTP) into economic life and the sustainable
employment of Turkish citizen youth (LHC).
The implementation phase of the project stipulates online and face-to-face training with 30 last grade students and graduates as Operations Department Assistant Specialist candidates at Oregon. The subject of the training will be on customs transit procedure and how to raise transit declarations via NCTS. Total duration of the training will be around 40 hours. At the end of the training phase there will be an evaluation exam and eight most successful candidates will be employed in our company as parttime employees for 6 months. 5 of these people will be SuTP, 3 of them will be Turkish, and at least one person in these groups will be a woman. At the end of 6 months of part-time work, the most successful 5 people will be employed full-time, and 4 of these people will be SuTP.
