* Replying to received international leads in a timely manner.
* Ensuring patient satisfaction with best-in-class service and accurate information.
* Knowing the necessary procedures for giving the right service, explaining this very well and following patient service satisfaction level.
*Learning how to partner across multiple teams and participating in the development of business cases for new programs and services
REQUIREMENTS
* Confident, Energetic and Highly Motivated
* A great team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Treats patients and co-workers with respect
* Excellent command on MS Office Programs
* Willing to learn and open to development
* Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, open to all undergraduate students
