MCAN Group is specialised in plastic surgery, hair transplantation and other out of pocket medical expenditures with its medical travel company, based in Istanbul, London and Madrid. International patients of MCAN Health are mainly coming from the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. MCAN Group has also a medical aesthetic clinic in Istanbul to provide hair transplantation and medical aesthetic treatment to both international and local patients.
You are the right candidate for this position, if you: ·

· are proficient in MS Office applications, preferably in G-Suite

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be expected to:

· deal with patient inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat,
-
· understand patient's needs correctly and empathically,
-
· prepare the treatment plan with the doctors and give price quotations to patients for
medical tourism packages,

· assist patients in tele-consultations,
-
· deliver an excellent customer service,
-
· achieve the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries
