QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of full-time work experience in marketing. (Preferably in the Cosmetics Industry, FMCG or e-commerce sector),
- Bachelor’s university in business, marketing, or a related,
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English. (French is a plus),
- Multi-tasking, team player, dynamic, energetic, flexible, result oriented, analytical, presentational, organizational, and planning skills,
- Creative, multiple task oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to analyze numerical data and drive business results,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Ability to travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execution of annual marketing and business plans,
- Collaborating with social media, digital marketing, Influencer marketing and creative agencies,
- Supporting cross-functional teams with marketing requests, interact efficiently with other departments,
- Creating, defining, and implementing the digital marketing strategies and online communication plan of the brand,
- Following the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement,
- Competency in managing digital marketing budget,
- Managing the Influencer marketing process,
- Monitoring and analyzing market data and sales figures of the brand and competitors,
- Managing marketplace platforms and creating promotions and campaigns to drive sales,
- Supporting and carrying out e-commerce business and regularly monitoring marketplace panels.
