Marketing Associate for our Marketing Team to strengthen our brand's online presence and connect

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, increase
engagement, and drive website traffic
Create compelling, timely and shareable content for various social media platforms, including
Facebook, Twitter-X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling,
posting, and monitoring
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
promptly and professionally
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators
(KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts
Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing any potential issues or negative
feedback in a proactive and professional manner
Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite,
etc.) analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Conduct social monitoring and social listening to stay updated on the latest industry trends
and facilitate the establishment of new partnerships
Qualifications:
Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with
overall marketing goals and target audience
Optimize content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) parameters to improve organic
visibility and website traffic
Oversee, proofread freelance bloggers’ content, and support the coordination of timely
content creation
Plan, research, and create high-quality content presenting our services and brand such as
blog posts, articles, press release, emails/newsletters, e-books, and corporate presentations
Curate and manage video and audio content to bolster our online presence on prominent
platforms, notably YouTube and Spotify
Develop appropriate messaging for campaigns and digital advertisements, support
advertising procedures with text materials considering the target audience and company’s
objectives.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences to nurture
leads and retain customers
Monitor content performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and provide insights to
improve content effectiveness continuously
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing
associates, to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media and Content Marketing
Specialist or similar role
Exceptional writing and editing skills both in English and Turkish (Both required)
Experience with SEO and content optimization standards
Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends
Knowledge of using social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager,
Hootsuite
Familiarity with online design tools, particularly Canva
Having expertise in LinkedIn outbound marketing strategies IS A PLUS
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Experience with social media management and email marketing IS A PLUS
Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling
Familiarity with the accounting industry, whether at a basic or advanced level, IS A PLUS
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures required
Location: Home office
Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES
Travelling might be required
