Job Description:
- To keep track of entire import, export and custom clearance process and carry out internal and external correspondences in a timely manner.
- Carefully examining each document provided by each company to carry out export and import processes flawlessly.
- Communicating with foreign suppliers regarding import transactions
- To follow up and control of payments, to prepare the payment lists
- Ensuring that customs clearance activities are carried out in accordance with legal regulations
- Preparing periodic reports on processes
- Conduct letter of credit text analysis and approval phase in coordination with negotiated banks and follow through the LC opening process
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
- Maximum 3 years experience in Foreign Trade (import)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Developed planning and organizational skills
- Open to change and development
- Working in cooperation and compliance
- Ability to analyze
- Strong communication skills and high persuasion skills
