QUALIFICATIONS
• Reputable university degree in the field of Finance, Business Administration or Economics,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and general computer knowledge,
• Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and flexible schedule, detail oriented with the ability to look at the big picture.
• Willing to gain knowledge on international financial markets and derivatives,
• Outstanding organizational interpersonal and communication skills
• Non-smoker
• Male candidates must have completed their military service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Play an integral role in the success of the company by supporting operational process,
• Manage operational work flow and optimize daily, weekly and monthly activities,
• Analyze business operations and identify customer needs and create, track and analyze reports to determine what improvements can be made during the process.
• Give customer service to customers and sales teams through different communication channels including but not limited to e-mail, chat and phone.
• Make cold calls periodically based on new customer leads,
• Coordinate and test in-house financial technology developments and their integrations process
