Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years professional experience as a social media specialist on the agency or corporate side.
- Experienced in using common social media tools and creativity to produce engaging content for our social media channels.
- Experienced in using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach to projects as well as team player attitude.
- Enthusiasm for travel topics and a sense of customer service as well as a high affinity for social media.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends.
- Global mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Taking an active role in the Brand and Communication team in the development and execution of brand awareness.
- Lead natural content that the new generation can follow, like an influencer account rather than a corporate brand account.
- In line with the trends, such as Instagram reels, Tiktok videos, Twitter surveys, etc. the channels have their own unique content types and manage the accounts by sticking to these dynamics.
- Generating new ideas and content to increase interaction on social media platforms.
- Responsible for end-to-end management of Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, and Linkedin channels.
- Shooting simple videos, creating fiction, and taking action on sharing.
