GAMESTONE - Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Working with the project coordinator and collaborators to carry out project scope, and deliverables and for overall project coordination, execution and completion.

Extensive knowledge of and expertise in project coordination, negotiation, and related functions such as preparation of communication toolkits & project best practices, dissemination & outreach activities & public awareness on brain research with other scientific departments in ACU.

Ensure that the project is on track and that internal resources are used responsibly.

Update relevant team members on the project progress

Coach and support project team members with tasks and objectives



Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or relevant fields.

Min.3-year experience in Technology Transfer Office or Project Office

Excellent planning, coordination, follow-up and management skills

High level presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to effectively communicate people at all levels

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Excellent English language skills

Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility

Advanced computer skills including MS Office and Excel
