Responsibilities
- 
	Collaborate with other departments to understand and manage data management and task coordination processes 
- 
	Assist in the administration and maintenance of CRM systems and task management platforms 
- 
	Assist in workflow optimization, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for process streamlining, leading to increased productivity 
- 
	Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into CRM systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency 
- 
	Conduct routine data audits to identify and rectify errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies 
- 
	Generate regular reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for 
process improvements
- 
	Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to contribute to process enhancements 
- 
	Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data and task management to suggest innovative solutions 
- 
	Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized marketing communications 
- 
	Create and implement strategies to improve customer journey, especially the after-sales process 
• Create comprehensive and detailed documentation that outlines the step-by-step procedures, guidelines, and best practices for each
department's key activities and workflows
- 
	Participate in data integrations and optimizations between platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy across systems 
- 
	Play a key role in the implementation and optimization of practice management software within existing systems to enhance efficiency and collaboration 
- 
	Contribute to the introduction of new features and functionalities addressing user needs and process requirements 
- 
	Provide daily support to teams by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on platform usage 
- 
	Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate and present regular reports, 
analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for strategy enhancements
- 
	Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback from users, conducting user training sessions, and identifying areas for refinement 
- 
	Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to ensure smooth integration and functionality of software systems 
- 
	Assume responsibility for the control of data processes between various platforms across the company's operations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy 
Requirements
- 
	Senior year college student or recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.) 
- 
	Have a bachelor’s degree or a senior year college student in related fields such as Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc 
- 
	Strong interest in data management, process optimization, and task coordination 
- 
	Solid understanding of HubSpot or similar CRM systems and task management platforms is a plus 
- 
	Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy 
- 
	Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting 
- 
	Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts 
- 
	Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with teams 
- 
	Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively 
- 
	Quick learner who is adaptable to changing priorities and willing to take on new challenges 
- 
	Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively 
- 
	Location: Home office

	Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES 
-
